The Freight Table provides a fixed charge rate based on order value categories as shown in the table below and applies to all Industrial (Aquafine) orders.

NOTE:

  • Rates apply to mainland US (in USD) and Canada (in CAD)
  • Rates effective for all orders received after May 1st, 2024
  • Customers requesting expedited shipping will be billed at a Spot Rate vs Table Rate
  • Goods packed in 1-2 boxes and <50lb, will ship parcel
  • Goods packed in 3+ boxes or >50lbs, will ship on pallets
  • Charge includes clearance fees
  • Any additional storage expense will be the responsibility of the customer
  • No additional processing fees are applied to shipments arranged through Trojan Technologies

As of March 25th, 2024, to make the order process more seamless for FCA (collect) shipments, we are no longer charging handling fees on collect shipments. Handling fees still apply for purchase orders received before March 25th, 2024.
