The Development Accelerator Program is a unique program designed to promote career development and prepare high-performing Production associates for business, technical, and professional roles within the organization. The Program was developed following the realization that several of our Production Operators had educational backgrounds that could be a great fit for different areas of the business.
Eligibility requirements for the program included a minimum of six-month tenure with the organization, a performance rating of meeting expectations or above, and a completed profile in in our Human Resources Information System, Workday.
