Aria Filtra's certified service team will review the original plant design and specifications and use this as a basis for evaluating current performance and system needs. In a health check, our service team assesses the performance of your system, from start-up through commissioning.
The team will evaluate the impact of changes in feed water, process modifications, hardware, software, regulatory guidelines, and operator skills. The health check also includes an evaluation of system performance indicators such as process flow, permeability, clean-in-place (CIP) frequency, integrity test history, and operational costs for chemicals and power.
By performing a health check, you gain a practical assessment of your system and can define a basis for future planning, including module replacement, SCADA and operating system updates, spare parts, chemicals on demand, and more. Health checks help you maximize productivity and extend system longevity, thus reducing the system’s operating costs through improved functionality.
When combined with proactive maintenance, planned and routine updates to processes, software, and operations and maintenance (O&M) protocols can cost-effectively identify and resolve issues before they become critical.
