Proven Technology, Optimized for Non-Potable Reuse Applications
Since 2000, municipalities around the world have relied on TrojanUV to produce non-potable reuse water. This water provides a cost-effective, local and sustainable water supply for irrigation, construction uses and industrial processes.
Building on the legacy of TrojanUVFit and our flagship TrojanUVSigna, TrojanUVFocus brings proven Solo Lamp technology™ and the ActiClean® sleeve cleaning system to a purpose-built, closed-vessel UV platform. Designed for reliability and ease of maintenance, the TrojanUVFocus incorporates operator feedback gathered over a decade.
Validated to the stringent NWRI standard, the innovative chamber design delivers superior efficiency, lower total installation costs, and fewer required lamps, while still ensuring high performance without compromise.
Key Features & Benefits
TrojanUV Solo Lamp Technology
The revolutionary TrojanUV Solo Lamp combines the best features of both low pressure and medium pressure lamps. The TrojanUVFocus leverages the 1000 Watt Solo lamp, one of the most powerful amalgam lamps in the world to deliver a high UV dose while maintaining electrical efficiency and a low lamp count.

Automatic Lamp Sleeve Cleaning
Thanks to the patented ActiClean sleeve cleaning system, quartz sleeves and intensity sensors are cleaned regularly without disrupting treatment – there’s no need to shut down the UV system or remove lamps for routine cleaning. This dual-action cleaning system uses mechanical wiping in conjunction with a cleaning solution contained within wiper canisters surrounding the quartz sleeves. This provides superior cleaning performance and ensures you minimize downtime and maximize disinfection performance.

Innovative Chamber Design for Optimized Flow
The TrojanUVFocus includes a new optimized flow distribution design (patent pending) developed with our world class in-house CFD modelling and mechanical design team. This allows for energy savings through fewer lamps while maintaining high dose in low UVT waters. Once water enters the chamber, it is hydraulically rotated throughout, ensuring all water is thoroughly irradiated. With the decreased energy and equipment costs, the TrojanUVFocus minimizes your operational and capital costs while maximizing overall system performance.

Davit Arm for Ease of Serviceability
Maintenance is now simpler than ever with the added davit arm on the TrojanUVFocus chamber. Simply drain the water from the chamber, unplug lamps, and remove the end cap with the help of the davit arm – no crane required. This increased serviceability is also enabled by the innovative internal flange which allows for a reduced system size and installation flexibility.
